When you come you get a glass of water and if it is our first meeting, you will get a questionnaire to fill - and here the work begins, sometimes filling up the questionnaire can bring and release some stored emotions.

  At any time during therapy, do not hesitate to ask if you do not understand or something is not clear. At the end of therapy, it is important that you feel comfortable. Sometimes we release a lot of energy – which can be compared as if you have just run marathon, or had a few glasses of wine – so it's good not to schedule anything important after your session, be considerate to yourself and have time to adjust . Sometimes the adjustment takes a few minutes sometimes hours or even days. I recommend to go for a walk, or go salt cave/ which is located right next door/, sit in the sun or just relax and take time for yourself.
